These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotations issued by A to Z Roofing & Building, 231 Amhurst Road, London E8 2BS.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Work is only agreed once a written quotation has been issued and accepted.

A quotation is based on the property, access and scope described or observed at the time of assessment.

If additional work is identified once a project is underway, it will be discussed with you before it is carried out. Additional work may affect the price and the schedule.

Roofing and building work can be affected by weather, access and site conditions. Dates given are planned dates and may be adjusted where conditions require it.

You are responsible for arranging reasonable access to the property and, where relevant, for informing neighbours or managing agents.

Payment terms are set out in the quotation issued for your project.

Service descriptions are general and are not a substitute for an assessment of your property.
